Now, more than ever, it’s important to focus on your kush-ups.

A new viral challenge that is taking over Instagram couldn’t come at a better time for people bouncing off the walls in self-isolation because of COVID-19.

What initially began as the Push Up Challenge soon morphed into the Kush Up Challenge after rapper Gillie Da Kid

Gillie then proceeded to perform his own challenge, barely making it to the end before erupting into a coughing fit that left tears rolling down his cheeks. He even included a second video to capture the fallout.

“Did your challenge go wrong?” his girlfriend asks, laughing. “Yeah my challenge went wrong, babe,” he said. “But I had to be a real n—–. I showed them the after-effects.”

Other rappers soon got in on the action. Wiz Khalifa had no problem knocking out his Kush Ups, nor did G Herbo gave it his best shot before tapping out at around eight puffs, while

“Gillie the King, I do this shit all night long, cuz,” he said before coasting through his Kush Ups. “That’s all night long I can give it to ya.”
